I need to fax something, what's the number?

My caseworker needs a copy of my guarantors bank statement, but what is the fax number?

The number that you need to fax us any documents is 01202 297824.

 

Make sure that when you fax anything to us that you clearly put the name of your caseworker on the top of the document are sending us.

 

If you are sending a fax of your application form, make sure it is totally clear and visible. Any forms that are blurred or un-readable cannot be accepted.

how long can it take to get a response after faxing

We check our faxes every day, but there's no alert or notification when we do get a new fax as they arrive directly on our database not in paper form. It doesn't take us long to locate a new fax, and they're checked every morning so the wait for a response would not be long at all.
