FLM Loans (5 mths ago)

Hi Craig,

When our caseworkers received your application, they calculated if your Guarantor would be able to afford the repayments if you couldn't. They did this by checking that their amount of disposable income available per month (money left over after mortgage and any other creditors, house hold bills have been paid). It appears that unfortuantely your guarantor did not pass this criteria. It would be irresponsible of FLM to accept them as a guarantor and burdening them with more financial responsibility.

Believe me, there is no one who hates rejecting loan applications more than FLM, but we have to make sure that applicants and guarantors do not take on responsibility that we know will put them in a difficult financial situation in the future.

However, do not give up. The loan is still waiting for you, you just need to find someone else. Once you have found a guarantor you give them the guarantor web link to sign the agreement online or use the new form we have posted to you.
