I have changed jobs and now get paid on a different day, can I change my date?

At the beginning of your loan you agree the date of your monthly repayments. This date is recorded against your loan and the payment is attempted automatically every month.
If you ever need to change this date, please log on to your online account where you will be given the option to change your due date.
You can only change your payment date if:
Your new date is in the same month the payment was due. I.e. if your payment was due on the 30th June, you can't change it to 1st July.
You give us at least 5 working days notice before the payment is due. We won't be able to change it if it's within this time.
Your loan must be up to date. We will not be able to change your date if your account is in arrears.
Within a rolling year, you are able to change your payment date 3 times. One large change of 21 days (in either direction as long as it does not contradict the above rules), and two smaller changes of 6 days each.

Hi there,
If you log in to your account once your loan has been paid out you will be able to modify any bank details we have on you. You can change direct debit and card details. Remember though, you will not be able to change the date which you debit comes out on.

Would i be able to change my bank details after i get the loan? And do the repayments from the new bank account?

Yes you can change your account details after the loan is paid out. If you're a direct debit payer, make sure you let us know or your payment will fair and you'll fall into arrears. What ever account details you give us will be the account the repayment comes from.

my pay date has changed from the 15th til the 1st. I have changed my direct debit date but will need to pay online this month. I have just paid £50 online , can i stagger the rest of the payment over the next few weeks?

If you make partial payments, you must make sure that the full payment has been made by the payment date. If your payment date has been changed for your next payment, not the one coming, then you will need to make sure your payment is made by the current payment date - not your new one.

ive just paid my monthly paymeny yet my next payment date has not changed, will flm try and take another monthly payment?

Hi there, if you have a Direct Debit set up on your loan then your payment will always be called for monthly, regardless of any extra payment that you make online or over the phone. A card payment doesn't replace a Direct Debit and if you want to pay early, you have to advise us so we can pause your Direct Debit for you, to prevent a double payment. If your Direct Debit goes through, we will refund you the extra payment if you wish (please contact us to do this) or you could leave your loan in credit and we can pause your Direct Debit for next month instead.
