Can I use someone on incapacity benefit as my guarantor?

Hi My dad may be able to by my guarantor. He is 66 and is on incapacity benefit and owns his own home. Would he be suitable?

When a FLM caseworker looks over any loan application they have to assess whether your guarantor meets the necessary criteria we set down.
In regards to your guarantor, as long as he is receivng at least £800 in benefits a month with a disposable income of at least £150 a month then he could be suitable to stand as a guarantor on your FLM Loan as long as he meets the other criteria.
