Can the paperwork be sent directly to my guarantor?

My guarantor lives a distance away, can the forms be sent to her to complete and return and i complete my section on line?

You have two options, either way you and your guarantor will need to sign the same FLM agreement form before it is returned to us.
One, login to your FLM loan page with the username and password we sent to you. Print the form, sign it, scan it in to your computer and then email it to your guarantor. They will need to print the form, sign it, scan it in and then email it back to you.
Two, sign the paper form we sent to you and then post it to your guarantor with an envelope. They can then sign it and send it back to us.

Your caseworker will be able to take these details over the phone when they speak to your guarantor.

my guarantor doesn't use her email account anymore and as a result has forgot her username and password to gain access to it. Is it essential to have an email account? It won't let me save her details with out it but it is useless anyway. If one needs to be entered can she use someone elses with the other persons concent?

Email is an important form of communication for us as we cut down on sending out letters etc.
We email your guarantor (and yourself) with log in details, and occasionally we will email you to alert you if anything needs updating on the account. I would advise against using someone elses email account for this reason. Instead, see if you can contact the email provider to reset the password.

Can bank details of my guarantor be obtained by FLM direct as opposed to me entering them on my application page - thanks
