The only way FLM can accept a guarantor that owns a mobile home, caravan, or any other temporary structure, is if they own the actual land the home is located on. I'm afraid it's not enough for them to just own the home.

my guarantor lives and owns his own caravan, does that count as homeowner??

A caravan, mobile home or anything similar is classed as a temporary structure so it is not enough for them to own this. They need to own the land and the property they live in to count as a homeowner for FLMs guarantor criteria
