Once your application is assigned to an FLM caseworker, they will not move on to the next customer until they have been in touch with you. Whether it's to pay out your loan, or confirm details, they will be in touch. You don't need to worry about calling them, you can sit back and relax.

 

Make sure you keep your phone to hand, and tell your guarantor to expect a call, your caseworker will need to speak to both of you. No money can be paid until this happens.

why do you need bank details before youve confirmed our loans for, no loan companies ask for bank details AT ALL

Every financial lender will require you to provide bank details during the application process. If you did not provide us with any details, you would not be able to pay the loan back. This is the same for both applicant and guarantor.

Don't worry though, all of your personal banking information is stored securely and is not passed on.
