I am a discharged bankrupt and although my circumstances have improved dramatically, i have had a very expensive year. I applied for several " Payday Loans " and was continually turned down. In FLMs introductory letter, it states that credit checks are " done away " with, and only a guarantor is necessary. Yet in the copy of the credit agreement, it says that you will use the data provided to search credit reference agencies. Before seeking a guarantor, i would like to know if my history will exclude me from your " smart idea " system, or will i be automatically rejected, like from everybody else, despite receiving an offer from yourselves quoting, " authorised for pay out "

FLM can help customers who have been discharged from bankruptcy, as long as they have their certificate confirming this. If you don't have your discharge papers I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you.
The only check we carry out on the customer is to confirm they're no longer bankrupt. Having an expensive year won't hurt your chances.
All you need to do now is find your guarantor and get the signed form back to us ASAP.

To get your certificate of bankruptcy you can write to the court that dealt with your bankruptcy to request one. You'll need to give them your name, address and court number.
