Do all sections have to be filled in before I can download the document?

i have filled in steps 1 to 5 the only thing missing is guarantors bank details but it wont let me download and print do all fields have to be filled in before you can download

That's very strange. You actually only need sections 1-2 to be complete before you can print off the FLM form. The reason for this is that sections 1 and 2 ask you to confirm your name and the loan amount, the information that is printed on the form.
You might find that you're trouble because you have not installed the Adobe reader that's needed to print the FLM form. Just below the print button you will see a link that'll take you through to the free installer. Make sure this is done before you try and print the form.
