If you want to know if you qualify for a top-up, click on My loan and log in. If you're eligible for a top-up you'll see the top-up link on your page.

We offer top-up's to people who pay us back on time each month. By making a certain amout of repayments on time, shows us that we can trust you with more money. The amout of repayments depends on how long you took the loan over.

12 month loan = 6 months of repayments
24 month loan = 8 months of repayments
36+ months = 12 months of repayments

There is no way around this, we have to receive these repayments before you can apply for a top-up.

When you apply for a top-up it works the same way as your original application. You will have to provide a guarantor and you will have to return the agreement form, signed by both parties.

Hi Nicole, If you have made at least 6months worth of repayments with no problems then you could be eligible to top up.

What I recommend is for you to log in to your online account and check, then apply for your top up.

I asked this question also. But with the new website it doesn't show history anymore, therefore you cannot see all the zeros.

How do you know then, if you can top up.

Hi,

Including a early payment I have now paid 8 payments towards my loan. I understand this means I can apply for a top up? I am unsure how this works

If your loan is over a 24 month term, then after 8 repayments you will be able to top up.

If you're eligible for a top-up you will have "Need some extra cash" displayed on your page when you log in. You need to have made 12 monthly payments to qualify for a top-up. You'll need to sign a new agreement form, once this is back with us, you'll be looking at around 3 working days to have your top-up money paid out.

When you take out a top up you're starting a completely new loan, so you can choose any repayment term you like.

No, I'm afraid not. If you already have a loan with us the only way we'll be able to issue you with more money is through a top up or once the loan is completely paid off.

Hi I have paid 11 months and have 1 more month before the top up can be allowed. I am looking to pay the 12th month early to clear it off but unfortunately there was a slight delay on one of my payments. It was quickly cleared off. When I checked the account my guarantors card details had been removed and the payment did not go through their account after the payment had been refused. As I have said the payment was paid as quickly as possible and their is no arrears. Would this affect my top up?

When you are logged into your account online, you cannot view your guarantors bank details for security reasons.

To be able to be eligible for a topup, you have to have 12 months perfect payment history. If you have received a letter from us advising you of the payment not being received it will affect you top up eligibility.

If the payment from your guarantor did not go through, get them to log in online and make sure all of their card details are up-to-date. It would also be a good idea to check your details are also up to date.
