hi, my loan is completed, do you text when money is deposited?

Yes, when the money is paid into your guarantors account a text will be sent to let you know. It's then just a case of your guarantor transferring the money to you.

Both me and my guarantor received a text on Wednesday 23/06/10 stating the money would be in her bank account in the next 24 hours but it hasn't appeared yet

When the underwriters have authorized your loan for payout, the funds will be released and sent to your guarantors bank. It is then down to their bank how quickly the funds are placed into the account. Keep checking with your guarantor.
