ive got a guarantor but they have just started a new job after moving house will the income part be a problem

Hi Matt,
It doesn't matter where they work as long as they have a good enough income we ask for an income of around £800 per month with a disposable income of at least £150 left over each month. Of course they have to meet the other critiera too, which you can check here
