I sent my form back you by post a couple of days ago. Have you received it? I haven't heard from you yet?

As soon as we receive your application form we will send you a text to let you know that we’ve received it ok.

 

What happens next……

 

We will process your application as quickly as we can. We will run some initial checks on you and your guarantor to make sure that you meet all of our criteria.

 

When all the checks have been completed we will need to call you and your guarantor to run through the verbal contract and arrange payout of your loan. This is a 5-10 min phone call.


There are a couple of things you can do in the meantime to speed up payout of your loan:
 

Please make sure that you and your guarantor have your phones turned on so we can get your application processed as quickly as possible. We will need you and your guarantor to have your bank details and Debit/credit card details to hand, if you have not already completed these online.

I have not had confirmation of receiving my forms but I sent them to you a few days ago maybe even a week ago!?

If you posted your forms back, it normally takes about 1-3 days to reach us. As soon as we receive your form we will send you a text message to let you know. If it has been over a week then you may need to download the form again and re-sign it with your guarantor.
