If you you are pre-application you don't even need to pick up the phone. All the answers to your questions are on this website. Every possibility is catered for, from an easy step by step application page, to an intelligent Answer Centre. The whole thing really is as easy as 1,2,3.

If your application has already been passed to a caseworker then they will be the best person for you to speak to. They should have already given you their direct number and email address.

If you have a specific question about your application or need any help, then you are already in the best place. The FLM Answer Centre. Just enter your question into the search system and it will give you the answers you are looking for. If it doesn't, no problem, just ask us the question and we'll respond to it as quickly as possible (Using the answer centre is free, why pay for the phone call?)
