To get your loan quicker all you need to do is make sure that you have completed as many of the 1-6 online stages as you possibly can. Having this complete will save your caseworker time when they come to paying out your loan. Stage 6 is especially important. This is where you upload your signed loan agreement form. Uploading it means we don't have to wait for it to come through the post, again speeding up the time it takes for you to get your money. Log in here to complete your online stages.

 

It's important to remember that your casework will also need to speak to you and your guarantor, so make sure you have your phone handy and let your guarantor know to expect the call.

 

If you need to contact your caseworker once they have been assigned your application or see whats going on, just log in to your FLM account to view their details.

do i have to submit paper documentation and send by post, as well as on-line application, and faxed details for my loan?

If you have access to the Internet I would advise you do the whole application online as this is the quickest method.

If you choose to do it this way, you don't need to worry about posting or faxing anything to us.

i have filled the form in and sent it by post plus i have done it on line aswell shouldnt that make it done quicker

Yes it will. The more you can do online, the quicker your loan will be. Anything that's not completed online will just have to be asked by the caseworker anyway.

my application has been received however my guarantor is goin on holiday sunday and i need some of the money for my holiday the following wed! can we fast track my loan to get it paid out quicker? please help!

We have to be fair when processing all of our loan applications. I can appreciate that you need the money asap, but quite a lot of our customers are in the same position. I would suggest uploading your application form as this is the quickest method to get your loan paid out.

You can keep track of your loan application and where you are by regularly checking your FLM account online.
