How do I change my address?

I've moved house and i want to make sure you aren't sending any letters to my old place, how do i go about it?

It's easy enough to do. All you need to do is log into your online account and click "update my address details" down the left hand side.

 

While you are logged in to your online account, you should make sure all your other details like your mobile number, home telephone number and email address are all up to date. That way we'll always be able to get hold of you if we need to :)

I have moved abroad, how do I change my address as I don't live in the UK anymore.

Thanks for letting us know you have moved house. You can tell us your change of address online by logging into your FLM account and clicking on the "update my address details" link.
