How do i change my name on my account?

I have recently got married and need to change my surname on my account how do i do this?

Thats no problem. In your terms and conditions you agreed to keep us up to date with any changes to your personal details, including any change of name or surname.

 

To change your surname on your account, simply send us a copy of your marriage certificate as proof of name change, along with a covering letter. Remember to include your agreement number on the letter so we can get things changed over as quickly as possible.

 

This also applies to a change of address if you move.

Congratulations! Now that you're married, you need to update your surname with us. To do it online, you need to scan and email the marriage certificate as proof of your name change with a brief explanation to hello@flmloans.co.uk - but please don't forget to let us know your agreement number or full name and post code so we can find you on our system!
