How do I know if my application hasn't been accepted

I sent you my application forms, I'm waiting to hear from my caseworker, do they contact me if my application isn't successful?

Your caseworker will complete all the necessary checks to make sure that your guarantor fits our critera so we can pay out your loan. If they find that your guarantor doesn't quite meet this, then we will call you to let you know, and advise you that you need to find a new guarantor.
