It's really important you and your guarantor keep your contact and bank details up to date so we can notify you both of important changes to your account, and to make sure you keep up with your repayments.
You can update your details by logging into you FLM account here
Your guarantor has their own log in details, so they can log in to their account and update their details here

We will call you and your guarantor before the loan gets paid out, so you or your guarantor can correct the details over the phone with a caseworker.
If you have given us the wrong contact number for your guarantor or they have written the wrong number on the agreement form, just let us know by emailing us hello@flmloans.co.uk with your full name and postcode or your agreement number.

I have a guarantor for my current loan but I wish to top up with a different guarantor. I would like to top up to 5,000 as I am a good customer.

Hi Gerry5,
We offer top-up loans up to £5000 with a new guarantor or the same one, as long as they meet our criteria.
When you apply for a top up it works the same way as your original FLM Loan application. You will have to provide a guarantor that meets our criteria, and you will have to return the agreement form, signed by both parties.
