How long does it take to get my loan?

The length of time it takes for you to get your loan varies depending on how you sent your loan agreement form back to us.

If you've uploaded it to your personal page then we would aim for you to receive your loan within 3-5 days of you uploading it.

If you've posted it to us we would aim for 5-7 working days for you to receive your money, as we have to allow a couple of days for the postal service. Because of these extra few days we would always recommend that you upload your loan agreement form.

In the meantime, to help speed things up when we do receive your loan agreement form, make sure you've logged in and completed as many of the 1-6 stages as you can. The more you do now, the less your caseworker will have to do with you when they begin work on your loan.

We will keep you posted every step of the way, texting you updates as well as giving you information on what you still need to do and what will happen next. This information is shown at the top of your personal login page, called 'Now' and 'Next'.

If you need to contact your caseworker once they have been assigned your application or see whats going on, just log in to your FLM account to view their details.

When the application has been sent to the underwriters how long does the process take then?

Once you have submitted your loan application, your caseworker will process it and pass it to our underwriting team who will review your case. This can take up to 24 hours.

Our underwriters do try and make a decision as soon as possible. Once a decision has been made, you'll receive a text message confirming when your loan will be paid out.

does this mean that as soon as my caseworker has spoken to me i would recive the money within 24 hours or is it possiable to recive the money before

We want you to be able to get your money as quickly as possible!

Once you have spoken to your caseworker, they will pass the file to the underwriters to be approved. They will try and pay it out as fast as they can.
