How quick will I receive my top up loan paperwork?

I applied for a top up loan yesterday and was told that I would receive the paperwork via email in approximately 1 hour. I still haven't received the paperwork so far and it is now over 17 hours.

Hi Karen,
I believe the reason you haven’t received your forms is because your email address provided is not registered against your account. Your current contact details for your loan account is missing an email address, which would explain why we haven’t been able to send your forms to you.
I have now added it to the system and my colleague has just sent you the forms you requested.
If you have a scanner you can upload the forms directly back on to the website once signed and we will aim to contact you within 48hrs. (Allowing a bit of extra time for the weekend)
