I closed my account, why have you still got my details?

I followed the link on your website to close my account and cancel the application, why can i still log in if you closed my account and can you delete mine and my guarantors details? Will i get charged for this, i didn't complete the application i just want our details and the account deleted, thanks.

If your application has been cancelled, then the status of the application will simply be "cancelled" meaning no marketing will be sent to you, or reminders that you need to complete sections of your application. We don't completely remove your details for the simple reason that if you changed your mind, you would be able to come back to your application and continue.
