I have found a guarantor but her husband's name is on the mortgage

name is on the mortage details. she earns more than £800 a month has a good credit history. is this going to be a problem when i complete my paperwork tomorrow?

For us to accept your guarantor, their name needs to be recorded on the mortgage deed. If it isn't, they're not actually the owner of the property and you wouldn't be able to use them.
Have you thought about asking the husband to be your guarantor? If your friend trusts you and is willing to help you, would he?
