All you need to do is go to the log in page and put in your email address or your mobile number. We'll then either email or text you your log in details.

We can create you a new one, but you wouldn't be able to choose yourself. If you would like a new password then please email us to let us know at hello@flmloans.co.uk

will there be anything coming soon that allows you to change your password to something that you remember or do you still have to
use the generic ones that is generated for you.

Hi Paul64,

We are working on that feature at the moment. You will be able to change your password to something more memorable for you in the future.

At the moment you still have to use the ones that we created for you. If you ever forget your password, you can always retrieve it from our website and we will send it to you through email or text.

Hi Anne,

If you go to the Log in page enter your email address and click "email me my log in details" then we can send out your log in details to you via email.
