I have made my 12th payment and qualified for a top up, why am I not able to apply online ?

Hi there 

When a top up is available, a link will appear on your online account page allowing this to processed quickly. This will appear 6 days after your qualifying payment is made. This just allows for any issues with the last payment and to ensure we can move forward with a top up without any hiccups.

hi i have paid on time every time for over a year and sure my last month payment was a quolifing payment could you please letme know if i can have a top up please? Thank you

Hi caroline,

If you log in to your account on our website, you will see a section called 'Top Up eligibility' on the left hand side, which will tell you whether you are eligible for a top up, together with link for you to make the top up application if you are eligible.
