I have not agreed to the loan but have had funds taken out of my account by loanfinder?

i contacted you looking for a loan which was excepted but have changed my mind and no longer want loan . but find that my account as had funds taken out by loan finder which is your sister company so i would like the money returned straight away.

Although Loanfinder is part of the same group as ourselves, we don't actually have a say in who gets a refund of the loan finding fee you paid. You have not paid a fee to us, FLM; you have paid it to Loanfinder.
To request your refund from Loanfinder all you need to do is email your request to info@loanfinder.co.uk and include your name, postcode and the reason you want a refund.
I will add though, Loanfinder would have selected us as your loan solution, as well as other of non-related lenders. Their job is to find the best loans available to you in the UK. If you change your mind about the loan, all you need to do is complete and return the form we sent to you and we could have £3,000 in your account within 3-5 working days.

Hi Mandy, as Jon stated, you have not paid a fee to FLM. We're a lender and not a broker.
If you have gone through Loanfinder you will need to contact them directly using the email address given.
If you have had a problem in getting your loan paid out, try using the Answer Centre to find a solution.

will some one please tell me what the catch is,the letter received by me makes it all seem simple but i know thats never the case no matter what anyone says...so how much is it goin to cost me in the first place,because i will never let money be taken from my bank or i may end up havin money taken from my bank and then never hear nothin again classic scam,thanks

There is no catch, we like to make it as simple as possible for our customers to get the money they need; and to make things even simpler we do not charge any upfront fees. All you need to get the loan is to find a suitable guarantor; someone who trusts you, who knows you'll repay the loan, and will stand by you.
If you have been referred to FLM Loans through a broker then there will be a broker fee but it's rolled into the monthly repayments over the term of the loan to make that fee more managable.

i would like a refund back into my account , i never had a loan and funds have been taken out of my account for £29.82 would like it back into my account asap as it has made me have bank charges which was no fault of mine thanks
