I have paid off my account. How do I ensure my account is closed?

i have paid off my account and was wondering what i needed to close my account fully. Do i just need to cancel my direct debit with my bank? Many thanks, Zoe

It's great news to hear you have settled your loan with us, we're sorry to see you go. However, keep us in mind for the future if you do need any further finance.
Once a loan is paid off, there is no need to take any further action. We won't be calling for any further direct debits or contacting you or your guarantor.
