I made 2 payments instead of 1 will i be refunded ?

i accidently made 2 payments as guarantor how do i get 1 refunded.?

If you have accidently made an extra payment, the best way to get a refund sorted is by sending us a quick email with your agreement number and details of whats happened. It will then be passed to a manager who will look over things. If they are happy an over-payment has been made, they can authorise it to be refunded.

 

Please remember if the extra payment was made by card, it can take between 3 and 5 days to be returned to that account.

knowing that i would be a short fall in paying my loan by my direct debit date 26/04/2011, i decided to pay it by debit card on the 22/04/2011 which was successfull,because i have paid this month's loan early will you try and take another payment out on the 26/04/2011 and if this is so but the payment is declined,will this affect my loan agreement even thou i have paid it earlier,

if you paid your loan early knowing that your direct debit will bounce then this won't affect the payment history of your loan is there is no late payment.
