I sent my top up forms back signed by myself and my original guarantor do i still need to fill out online application?

hi i sent my signed top up agreement back last week and recieved a txt to say you will contact me, i was wondering if i still have to fill in the online application? as i am using the same garentor? also wen am i likely to get my money please? x

If you have sent back your forms, and we've text to say we've got them then you don't need to do the online application too. It's simply a case of waiting for your caseworker to complete all the necessary checks to make sure that your guarantor is still suitable to back your application. Then they will call you to confirm all of the details.
