My direct debit has been cancelled i have not done it, whats going on?

When you originally spoke to your caseworker, you set up and agreed a date that you would always have money in your bank account for your direct debit. FLM only have the ability to set up Direct Debits and do not have the authority to cancel them with your bank.

I would suggest that you contact your bank to see what is going on. Remember, if you do not have enough money in your account on the day your Direct Debit is due it will come up as "bounced". You will need to ensure the payment is satisfied asap otherwise your guarantor will have to help you out and make that payment for you.
