My guarantor can't log in

Hi there,

If your guarantor has forgotten their password then all they need to do is go to the website to where it says "Log in" there is a section that says "Send me my username and password". Your guarantor can enter either their mobile number or email address and we will send the log in details to her again so she can acess her online account.
