My guarantor has died, what do I do now?

I'm sorry to hear that your guarantor has passed away. So we can prevent any distress being caused from letters or emails being sent to him, we would need to remove his details from our system. To do this we would require a copy of a death certificate that can be sent to us either by email, hello@flmloans.co.uk or fax (01202297824)

With regards to your responsibility on the loan, the agreement will no longer have a guarantor and so you will no longer have anyone who can back up your payments if you miss one. This means it's even more important that your payments are made on time as you're the only person we can collect the money from.
