My guarantor is no longer a homeowner, will this affect my loan being paid out?

my guarantor has recently sold her property to by a new one will this affect the £3000 waiting to be paid into my account as she dosent have a morgage at the minute? due to the fact she is still looking it can be checked that she was a homeowner and is a good reliable person

We will only be able to accept a guarantor if they're a homeowner at the point your application is made and our checks carried out. I'm afraid it's not good enough just seeing that the guarantor used to be a homeowner.
Best thing for you to do is either try and find a new guarantor or wait until your friend is a homeowner once more.
