My guarantor is happy to help but has to be discreet because he doesn't want his wife to know. He owns a property and has good credit whilst owing a fair bit on cards etc.. Will this effect his ability to guarantee? And more importantly (for our lives!) will his other half find out? He would prefer to be sent his documents elsewhere, is this Possible? Thanks

Hi there,
I can appreciate that your guarantor may wish to be discreet, however we would need to have his own home address as his contactable address. This is what is stored on our system and what we do all of our checks against.
Owing money on credit cards should be fine, as long as there are no late payments his credit should be fine.
You can opt out of paper statements so he wouldn't get them (this can be done online once the loan is paid out) but other than that the only letters we would send would be one to confirm that the loan has been paid out, and only if the loan ever fell behind would we send anything else by post.
I hope this helps
