Recieved paperwork offering a loan of £5k but only being offered £3k on website??? which is it?

We do only offer £3000 to new customers, however some customers who have been through certain brokers may be offered £5000 if they require it. If you have only been offered £3000 to begin with you wouldn't be able to increase this. If you've been offered £5000 then you would need to use the application form you have been sent.
