Shall I contact you if I haven't been assigned or had a call from a caseworker and it has been over 24hrs?

Hi Jo,

 

We always aim to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your forms. If we haven't called you or your guarantor, don't be worried.... we will get in touch with you as soon as we can. Sometimes it gets really busy with so many people sending in their loan applications that it takes us a bit longer to process your loans. However, generally speaking we will always try and contact you and your guarantor within 24 hours.

 

There is no need to call us if you do not hear back within 24 hours, but if you are concerned after 48 hours of hearing nothing from us, then feel free to email us at hello@flmloans.co.uk and we will get straight back to you with an answer (it beats waiting in a queue on the phone).

What happen's when I still have not been contacted within the two days you said about?

I'm really sorry if you haven't heard from us within 48 hours, sometimes like at the moment we have a bit of a processing delay when we receive lots of applications at once. We will be in touch as soon as we possibly can but if you are worried or need to track your progress please feel free to email us at hello@flmloans.co.uk and we'll get straight back to you.
