What can I do online to my account rather than calling you?

You can easily manage your FLM loan online. Lots of our customers use their online account to complete their loan applications, make their monthly repayments, track their remaining balance, change their contact details or bank details, view their statements or apply for a top-up.

If your son is eligible for a top-up the top-up link will appear on their page. If it's not there it means he has not yet made enough payments to qualify.
If he is using you as his guarantor again, when he is able to top-up, then all we need from you is the signed agreement, which you can download online.

I am guarantor for my son's loan and he wants to top it up but the page wont load when i try to apply, why is this and do you have a different link i can try
