What does flm stand for?

FLM stands for Freshstart, Loans and Mortgages.  

When James Benamor and Marc Biles first had their big idea, they wanted to be able to give loans and mortgages to people who needed them. We started lending small amounts up to £3000 to test the water, and found it was so popular, we decided to keep reinvesting the money we had into lending small amounts to lots more people.
