What happens if me or my guarantor get ill?

If you fall ill during your loan and you're unable to make your payments then it is your guarantor's job to make sure these payments are made on time. Similarly if your guarantor falls ill and could not afford to make payments for you, you will have to make sure that you have the money to make your payments on time as you will not have anyone to fall back on if you miss your payment date.

As long as you always make sure that your money is available in your account ready for your payment date, and that you have an up to date debit card on the system so we can use this if your direct debit doesn't go through.
