Will I be accepted with a bad credit history as long as I'm not on an IVA?

Our whole reason for being is to give loans to people with bad credit history. We knew that millions of people were being refused, or offered loans at crazy rates because, according to a computerised score, they were likely to default. We knew that computers could do lots of things really very well, but judging a person's character didn't seem to be one of them.
