What is my caseworkers number?

I got a text saying i have been given a caseworker. I need to speak to them quickly about my form, whats their number?

As soon as you receive a text saying you have been assigned a caseworker, thats good news for you. Someone will try and call you and your guarantor to arrange payout of your loan.
At this point, you can then log in to your FLM account and view all of the information at the top of the application page. You don't need to call us at this point, we will call you within 48hours after being assigned a caseworker.
Our caseworkers are in the office from 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday.
