What time of the day do you take the money from my bank?

if the payment is due on the 10th of every month what time do you take the payment is it midnight of the date

The first attempt to take your loan repayment happens at 12.00am on the day you agreed when we paid your loan out. The time the payment will appear on your statement will varry depending on the bank.

 

If for any reason the payment fails we will continue to attempt the payment until it goes through. The last thing we want is for you to go into arrears.

Hi Myles,

It is our policy that should repayment date fall on a weekend day or a bank holiday we will collect your payment on the closest working day before your due date. This is clearly stated in our agreement with you signed before the loan was paid out to you.

Your payment was due on 26th June, which is Sunday. Therefore, we called for your payment on Friday, which was 24th June. Please always make sure that you have enough credit in your bank account when your due date is coming.
