I have been told that I will get a caseworker but what is this?

We assign a person like Nicola to take good care of you. We call them caseworkers; they're the people that we rely on to guide you and your guarantor and get your loan paid out as quickly as possible.
As soon as they start your loan they're going to need to talk to you, so please make sure you have your phone switched on and to hand.

No, Sam is someone that works in our text team. When your application has been passed to a caseworker, we will text you with their name.

Your caseworker will process your application, confirm verbal contracts and then pass your details to the underwriting team.

If you've received a text saying we've got your forms, aim to call both you and your guarantor to complete your verbal contract within 48 hours. The quickest and easiest way for you to keep track of your loan application page is to log in to your FLM account online. At the top of the page, it will show what is currently happening with your application. Hope this helps!
