When do I get my money?

I've posted my forms back, and you sent me text on the 22nd of this month, saying a case worker would get intouch with me within 5 day's, Ive still not heard anything!!!

The 5 days we quote can vary depending on how busy we are and how the forms were sent back to us. If you received your text on Thursday, we would have started working on your loan on the Friday. We dont count weekends, so you're only just on the 5 day mark.



Your caseworker will get in touch, whether it's to pay out your loan, confirm some more information with you or talk to you about an issue with your guarantor. I know it's frustrating having to wait, but hang in there, your caseworker will be in touch.

Once you get assigned a caseworker, just simply log in to your account to see how you can contact them about your loan application

hi i have done a loan last nite and got a guarantor and they said some one would cal me but not yet

Hi Chris. FLM is not open over the weekend, any applications made and uploaded will not be looked at until the next working day. It will then be placed into a queue to wait for a caseworker to be assigned to it.

You can keep track of how things are going by logging into your FLM account. Once assigned, you will be able to view your caseworker's contact details.

That's correct, the 5 days quoted is from when we receive your forms.

hi my guarantor and i had a text yesterday saying the loan was approved and would in my guarantor's account within 5 working days is that 5 days from yesterday

hi once the money is transferred to my granator bank its there reponsibilty to give it to me but what happens if they dont hand it over to me

If your guarantor didn't pass the money over to you then they would still be liable for the loan. We wouldn't be able to force them to give you the money, but we'd still expect them to make the payments if you didn't.
