When will I be contacted?

The length of time it takes us to contact you varies depending on how you sent your loan agreement form back to us.  Regardless of how you return it, we will call both you and your guarator to arrange payout.

If you've uploaded it online then we aim to contact you within 48 hours of you uploading it (not including weekends).

If you've posted it to us we aim to contact you within 48 hours after recieving the form (but do allow time for your form to arrive in the post). Because of these extra few days we would always recommend that you upload your loan agreement form online.
