When will you contact my guarantor?

I have sent my application back to you and received a text to say you had got my application. Me or my guarantor have not heard from you? When will you be calling us?

After receiving your application we will try and contact you and your guarantor within 48 hours. We need to speak to both you and your guarantor to run through a verbal contract. This will take about 5-10mins. We always try and call your guarantor first, so please make sure you let them know we will be trying to call them. If you need to update or check their contact details you can do this by logging in online.
If they are unable to reach you/your guarantor, they will send you a number to return the call at a convenient time. You will be able to call that number and arrange for them to speak with you or your guarantor at a certain time (between the hours of 9am to 6pm on weekdays).

We need to talk to your guarantor before we payout the loan. You should have received a text from us saying that we have received your form and that we will be in touch within 48 hours. As that is a bit close to your guarantor leaving for holiday, I will arrange a call back for today for your guarantor. Hoepfully we can get your loan paid out today too!

My loan should be payed out by 10am today- now you are saying you need to talk to us both? You will now be unable to contact my guarantor until noon as he works nightshifts?

We will need to speak to you and your guarantor to run through the verbal contracts, before we can get your loan paid out. This will take about 5-10 mins on the phone, no problem if you guarantor is not avaialble until the afternoon, we will send you both a text message with our contact telephone number on. Please ask your guarantor to contact us when its most convieniant for them. Thanks.

My guarantor is leaving for holiday in 2 days time, will you be in touch with her before she goes on holiday? Do you need to talk to her in order to payout my loan?
