To know the progress of your loan at any time, all you need to do is log in to your personal account using the username and password we sent you and check the status information at the top of the page. It will tell you what we still need and what will happen next.

If you're yet to upload or send your form back, log in and upload it to stage 6 or get it sent back to us as soon as you can. Once you've done that and we've received it, we can begin paying out your loan.

If you need to contact your caseworker once they have been assigned your application or see whats going on, just log in to your FLM account to view their details.

Hi Katy, if you cannot complete the application online, it's not a problem. The important thing for you to do is find a guarantor and get the signed forms back to us. All of the extra details we take from you on the website can be taken over the phone, when your caseworker gets in touch.

so if your recieve that text your forms were no good so now ive gotta wait even longer for the caseworker?? pointless in uploading them really aint it.

Hi Jac, not pointless at all. Uploading them knock's around 3 days off your payout time because we dont have to wait for the postman. All you've got to do is make sure that the form is signed and you've taken a clear picture or scan of it. Because it's a legal document we've got to be able to see the whole form and be able to read all the writing.

All down to you really.

Everything has been approved and i am waiting for a call. How long after the approval does the call usually take? Plus do they call me first or the guarantor?

Hi Leanne, When you get assigned to a caseworker they like to try and get things going asap. Currently the caseworkers are trying to get in contact with their customers on the same day that they receive your forms.

Whether your caseworker calls the applicant or guarantor depends on them really. Some do it one way, some do it another. Just ensure that you both keep a phone with you at all times so you don't miss that all important call.

I sent my forms off by first class post at the weekend. I have not heard anything yet. Should I be concerned? Can someone check that you received these ok.

Nothing to be concerned about, we're just very busy. If you've received a text saying we've got your forms it's just a case of waiting for your caseworker to be in touch. I know it's frustrating but we're working as quickly as we can, it's in our interest to pay out loans, that's our business.

If you think you sent your form more than 7 days ago and haven't received a text, I would resend the form, we might not have recieved it.

The quickest and easiest way for you to keep track of your loan application page is to log in to your FLM account online. At the top of the page, it will show what is currently happening with your application and if it has been assigned to a caseworker it will show their contact information.
