MY SISTER INLAW HAS SAID SHE WILL BE MY GUARANTOR BUT SHE DOES NOT WANT HER HUSBAND TO FIND OUT, AS I DO NOT GET ON WITH HIM ,SHE IS WORRIED THAT IF YOU SEND ANY PAPPERWORK TO HER HE WILL FIND OUT YOURS HOPEFULLY COLIN GILES

There is no way around the confirmation letter, and the envelope does have our company name on it. The best thing to do is before the loan is paid out, find out from the caseworker when, roughly, this letter will be sent so your guarantor can intercept it.

Hi dsheppard994, As Jon explained to Colin above, we have to send a confirmation letter in the post, but you can "opt-out" of monthly paper statements online.
Get your guarantor to log in when the loan has been paid out to sort this.
Bear in mind, if the account was ever to drop in to arrears the paper statements will start up again for a minimum of 3 months before you can opt out.

Does my guarantor log into my account to cancel all paper work being sent out to her, or how does she go about it?...

As above, there is no way to cancel the confirmation letter, but monthly statements can be opted out of on her own online account. Your guarantor will have their own log in details to do this

Your paperwork will be sent to you in the post, or you can print them off from the website if you have a printer.

You have rejected my son as a guarantor for my loan. My ex wife is willing to help me but is worried in case her new husband finds out. If we can guarantee that he will not then she is willing. Can you confirm that nothing will be sent to her home address?
