i wonderered if you would consider a guarantor over 70 who is a homeowner mortgage payer and still in employment ?

Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to accept a guarantor that is over the age of 70.
We have to look at how old your guarantor would be at the end of the loan as well as the beginning. We have to be responsible as a lender and even though we know you would try to keep up with all your repayments, if you ever needed your guarantor to help you out, we wouldn't want to put them in that kind of position at that age.
