I applied for a loan with you a week ago, i have sent my application back and got a text to say that you had received my application and there is a back log. I still haven't heard from you? When will i be contacted?

Hi Jean,
Please be assured that we will be trying to get your loan processed as quickly as possible. We like to keep all of our customers informed of the progress of their loan at all stages and one of the ways that we do this is via text.
If we do have a back log and you have been informed of this via text, then we will contacct with you and your guarantor very shortly. We do usually try and call your guarantor first so please make sure their contact details are correct and to expect our call. We aim to contact you within 3 days of your initial text.
To speed up the process please make sure you and your guarantor have completed all stages online.
